Personally I have never been able to get Neteller to tell me anything whenever I have tried to help posters with problems. I have called and asked asked for info and get asked the same question everytime, who am I and what is my account number. Seeing how I don't use Neteller it has been impossible to get past that point. TTinCO has a lot more knowledge of the Neteller situation and I am sure he will chime in when he sees the thread.

Thanks Wil. It may help speed up the situation if the RX can get an official response. I don't quite understand the "backlog" in processing EFT requests. I wouldn't think that they need humans to process these requests. I would think it would be automated. It sounds a little suspicious to me and am starting to get worried.

I've spoken to them a couple of times, and the consistency of their story makes me tend to believe that they are telling the truth.

I believe that their EFT processor is buried, and was told that the best thing to do(if I didn't want to wait) was to have them cancel the pending EFT & withdraw it through the debit card. They cancelled the EFTs within 24 hours & I'm finally in the process of pulling it out via the ATM.

I know it's frustrating-but we are talking about some MASSIVE volume of transactions.

If someone contacted them on behalf of TheRx, I'd fully expect to hear the same story as I and many others have been told.

I don't have the ATM card. I just want to be comfortable that my pending EFT will be processed. I have a bad feeling about these rat bastards but if you are comfortable with them it makes me feel a little bit better.

The worst I could see you haven't to suffer through is the 6-8 week wait for a check from them, or the 2-3(?) week wait for the card(which I'm not 100% that they are still issuing to US clients).

I can't imagine that the US would force banks to prevent Neteller giving people's money back to them, but anything is possible with these nazis in power.

I contacted them to cancel my eft so I could withdraw to my debit card and they said they can not do that
Why where you allowed too ?
I am now leaning towards counting that money(neteller) as part of my BoS balance...gone

I had spoken to someone in Merchant Services last week when checks were beginning to be delayed and he was quite helpful. I've just now left him a message and hope to have something to relay back tomorrow.

Interesting-I would call back and them them that they have to request their IT dept. to do it (that was the story that I was told-and it was done).

Thanks for the info Tin. My only other question is are Sportsbooks having to wait for neteller payments just like the public or have the ones in CR been paid? Are there any sponsors here with this problem that you know of?

It is called calling multiple times and getting someone who is intelligent and nice enough to help you.

For what it is worth, I have bet people many times, I can get a free first class plane upgrade... It takes dressing nice, flying that airline a decent amount (Not enough to qualify) and simply asking and maybe giving the girl at the counter a coffee... People have a lot more ability than they initially let you believe.

Sorry, I'm no help on that front. I just know that everyone is somewhat limited right now in the methods that they can pay out by.
